A window cleaner running a squeegee across high-rise glass above a city skyline

Div 01 · General Requirements

Commercial window washing

Glass is the one building surface where partial effort is visibly worse than none. Streaked exterior glass on a leasing tour costs more than the cleaning would have.

We deliver commercial window cleaning on interior and exterior glass, from ground-level storefront to high-rise curtain wall.

High work is a different job than storefront work — access method, fall protection and scheduling drive both the price and the calendar, and any quote that does not name the access method has not been thought about.

What is in scope

  • Storefront and ground-level glass
  • Mid-rise and high-rise exterior glass
  • Interior glass, partitions and atrium
  • Frame, track and sill detailing
  • Post-construction glass with adhesive and mineral removal
  • Scheduled recurring programs

When people call us

  • You are touring space and the glass is streaked
  • Hard water spotting from irrigation has etched the storefront
  • Construction dust or adhesive is still on new glass
  • Nobody has cleaned above the second floor since the building changed hands

None of these describe your situation? Describe it in your own words instead. The quote form routes by property type and scope, not by which page you landed on.

Describe the building

Questions we actually get asked

How often should commercial windows be cleaned?

Storefront and entry glass usually runs monthly to quarterly because it takes hand traffic. Full-building exterior glass on an office property typically runs two to four times a year, driven by elevation, tree cover and irrigation overspray.

Do you do high-rise glass?

Yes, and the access method is named in the scope before it is priced — rope access, swing stage or lift changes the cost, the schedule and the insurance requirement.

That was the best line on the old website and it sat halfway down the homepage under a generic button. Tell us what building you are running and what is not getting done.
