Manufacturing and industrial

A plant does not stop for a vendor. Every hour of access you need is an hour of production someone has to give up, which is why most industrial facility work happens on second shift or not at all.

We serve manufacturing plants, fabrication shops, processing facilities and the office and locker space attached to them across the Houston industrial corridor.

Industrial work is a scheduling problem before it is a trade problem. Crews work around shift patterns, lockout requirements, hot work permitting and plant-specific safety orientation, and none of that is negotiable after the fact.

Houston's industrial base runs heavily to petrochemical, energy services and heavy equipment. Sites in that band typically carry contractor safety qualification requirements, and we will tell you before the contract whether we clear yours rather than after.

What differs here

What manufacturing & industrial actually requires

  • Shift-aware scheduling

Work sequenced against your production schedule, including second and third shift and planned downtime windows.

  • Site safety compliance

Plant orientation, badging, PPE and permit-to-work requirements handled as scope items rather than surprises.

  • Plant floor and office split

Production areas and attached office space carry different scopes, different products and often different crews.

  • Heavy soil and dust

Degreasing, dust control and hard-surface programs specified to what the process actually produces.

  • Dock and yard

Truck court, dock apron and yard pressure washing and striping on a cycle set by traffic volume.

Questions we actually get asked

Can you work around our production schedule?

Yes, and it is usually the first thing scoped. Most industrial work runs second shift, weekend or planned downtime, written into the contract rather than negotiated each visit.

Do your crews carry site safety qualification?

Requirements vary by plant and by owner. We check yours against what we hold before contracting, and if we do not clear it we say so instead of finding out at the gate.
