Five crew members in high-visibility vests and hard hats outside a building

Div 01 · General Requirements

Staffing and temporary labor

Headcount is the hardest thing to flex. Volume moves, a project lands, someone leaves, and the gap between needing a person and having one is measured in weeks you do not have.

We supply talent for permanent, temporary and temp-to-hire roles across administrative, light industrial and marketing positions, with screening, payroll and compliance handled on our side.

For facilities clients this usually starts as an extension of an existing contract — a porter becomes two, a maintenance tech becomes a crew — rather than as a separate staffing relationship.

What you get

What consolidating this line actually changes

  • Pre-screened candidates without the hiring overhead
  • Payroll, screening and compliance carried by FSG
  • Temp-to-hire so you can evaluate before you commit headcount
  • Coverage that scales with the contract you already have

Questions we actually get asked

What roles do you staff?

Administrative, light industrial and marketing positions, plus the facilities roles inside our own service lines — porters, technicians and grounds crew.

How does temp-to-hire work?

The worker is on our payroll for an agreed period while you evaluate performance on your site, then converts to your payroll. Screening, payroll taxes and workers' compensation sit with us during that period.

Next step

Tired of poorly maintained facilities?

That was the best line on the old website and it sat halfway down the homepage under a generic button. Tell us what building you are running and what is not getting done.
