Temporary labor and temp-to-hire
The cost of an open role is not the salary you are not paying. It is the overtime, the deferred work and the person who quits because they have been covering two jobs since March.
We place experienced workers into temporary, temp-to-hire and permanent roles across administrative, light industrial and marketing functions.
Screening, payroll, workers' compensation and compliance sit with Facility Service Group for the duration of the placement.
What is in scope
- Temporary placement for defined periods
- Temp-to-hire with conversion terms stated up front
- Direct permanent placement
- Administrative and clerical roles
- Light industrial and warehouse roles
- Marketing and support roles
- Screening, background and reference checks
- Payroll, tax and workers' compensation administration
When people call us
- A role has been open long enough that overtime is now the plan
- Seasonal or project volume needs coverage without permanent headcount
- You want to evaluate someone on site before adding them to payroll
- Your internal recruiting queue is longer than your operating need
None of these describe your situation? Describe it in your own words instead. The quote form routes by property type and scope, not by which page you landed on.
Describe the buildingQuestions we actually get asked
Who carries workers' compensation on a temporary placement?
Facility Service Group carries workers' compensation, payroll taxes and unemployment for the duration of the placement. That coverage transfers to you at conversion on a temp-to-hire.
How fast can you fill a role?
It depends on the role and the shift far more than on the volume. Light industrial and porter roles move fastest; specialized administrative roles take longer, and we will give you a real window rather than a comfortable one.

That was the best line on the old website and it sat halfway down the homepage under a generic button. Tell us what building you are running and what is not getting done.
