Healthcare and medical facilities
In a medical building the cleaning contract is an infection control document. A missed terminal clean or a mishandled regulated waste stream is not a housekeeping complaint, it is a survey finding.
We service medical office buildings, outpatient clinics, dental and specialty practices, imaging centers and healthcare administrative space across the Houston metro.
Scope in healthcare is written to the space classification, not to square footage. Exam rooms, procedure rooms, waiting areas, labs and administrative space each carry different requirements for products, sequence, cloth handling and documentation.
The documentation is the part that matters at survey time. Cleaning that happened but was not recorded is indistinguishable from cleaning that did not happen.
What differs here
What healthcare actually requires
Space classification
Exam, procedure, lab, waiting and admin areas each get their own written scope and product set rather than one building-wide spec.
Cross-contamination control
Colour-coded cloth and mop systems, directional cleaning sequence, and no shared equipment between clinical and non-clinical areas.
Regulated waste
Handling and staging coordinated with your licensed medical waste hauler. We do not transport or dispose of regulated waste.
Documented inspection
Written record per visit, retained and produceable, because a survey asks for evidence and not for assurance.
After-hours HVAC and electrical
Mechanical and electrical work scheduled around patient hours, with negative-pressure and air-handling considerations respected.
Priority order

Questions we actually get asked
Do you clean exam rooms and procedure rooms?
Yes, to a written scope specific to the space classification, with separate equipment and product sets for clinical areas. Terminal cleaning of surgical suites is scoped separately and only where we can staff it properly.
How do you handle medical waste?
We handle staging and containment inside the building. Transport and disposal stay with your licensed medical waste contractor, and the boundary between the two is written into the scope so nothing falls between us.
Can HVAC work be done without disrupting patient care?
Yes. Mechanical work in occupied medical space is scheduled around clinic hours and sequenced so air handling in clinical areas is not interrupted during use.
