Aviation and transit

Transit and aviation facilities never close and they are judged by the public continuously. Nothing in them can be taken out of service for the convenience of a vendor.

We serve aviation support facilities, transit facilities, maintenance and operations buildings and the administrative space attached to them.

Both Houston Airports and Houston METRO appear on our client wall. This is a served vertical with proof behind it, and the old website never once used the word airport.

Work in these environments carries badging, secured-area access, escort requirements and continuous-operation scheduling. Those are the qualifying conditions, and they are handled before anyone is on site.

What differs here

What aviation & transit actually requires

  • Badging and secured access

Staff credentialing, background requirements and escort protocol handled to the authority's standard before mobilization.

  • Continuous operation

Work sequenced around a facility that does not close, in windows agreed with operations.

  • Public-facing condition

Areas the travelling public sees held to a visible standard on a round rather than on a nightly reset.

  • Maintenance and ops buildings

Back-of-house facilities carry industrial scopes, not office scopes.

  • Documented compliance

Reporting to the authority's format and interval.

Questions we actually get asked

Can your staff be badged for secured areas?

Credentialing is handled to the authority's own requirement as part of mobilization. Requirements differ by facility and by area, and they are confirmed before a start date is agreed.

Can you work in a facility that never closes?

Yes. Work is windowed with operations rather than scheduled against a building calendar, because there is not one.
