The previous website published several things it could not support. Rather than quietly dropping them, here is what is missing and why.
No star rating anywhere
FSG has no confirmed Google Business Profile and no reviews on any platform. A rating in schema markup that is not backed by real reviews is a policy violation, so there is none on this site. When real reviews exist, they will appear.
No testimonials
We have not written any. Ask for references and you will get names and phone numbers instead.
No counters
The old site published 3 years, 64 customers, 28 team members and 79 buildings, on a page that also claimed over 10 years of experience. Both cannot be true, so neither is here.
No founding year yet
Same reason. It goes up when it is confirmed.
No Houston project photography
Every project on the old site was tagged Las Vegas, Nevada, on a company selling to Houston property managers. Rather than reuse them, the work page says what is actually true today.
No certifications listed
None were stated anywhere on the previous property. If FSG holds them they will be published with the issuing body and the number.

Are you related to Facility Solutions Group in Austin?
No. Facility Solutions Group, Inc. is a national electrical and lighting contractor headquartered in Austin with over 3,000 employees. Facility Service Group is a separate and unrelated Houston company. The similar name is a coincidence and we would rather say so plainly than let a buyer discover it mid-negotiation.
How long has FSG been operating?
We are not publishing a founding year on this site until the number is confirmed. The previous website carried two different figures on two different pages, and putting an unverified number back would repeat the mistake rather than fix it.
Can I see references?
Yes, on request, with contact details for comparable buildings. We would rather you call them than read a testimonial we wrote ourselves.
