Div 01 · General Requirements

Job site clean-up

Debris on an active site is a safety finding waiting to be written and a productivity tax the whole time it sits there. Trades that clean up after themselves are also trades that are not doing the work you hired them for.

We provide ongoing job site clean-up on active commercial sites — debris removal, material staging, walkway and egress clearing, and keeping the site in a condition that passes a safety walk.

Running clean-up as a separate scope keeps skilled trades on their own work and keeps the site presentable when the owner shows up unannounced.

What is in scope

  • Ongoing debris removal and haul-off staging
  • Egress path and walkway clearing
  • Material and equipment staging support
  • Daily or shift-end site reset
  • Dust control in occupied adjacent space
  • Pre-inspection and owner-walk preparation

When people call us

  • A safety walk generated housekeeping findings
  • Your trades are spending billable hours moving debris
  • The site is adjacent to occupied space and dust is migrating
  • An owner or lender walk is scheduled

Questions we actually get asked

Can you work alongside our general contractor?

Yes. Clean-up crews work to the GC's schedule and site rules, including badging, orientation and any owner-specific safety requirements.

Do you handle the haul-off?

We stage and load. Dumpster service and disposal are coordinated with whoever holds that contract on your site, and the scope says which of us is doing what.

Tired of poorly maintained facilities?

That was the best line on the old website and it sat halfway down the homepage under a generic button. Tell us what building you are running and what is not getting done.
