Contract porters
Most buildings do not need another vendor. They need a person who is theirs, who knows where the supply closet is, and who is on site on a schedule you can plan around.
Contract porters cover the full range of keeping a facility clean and orderly on a standing schedule, assigned to your building rather than rotated through a route.
Screening, payroll, insurance, supplies and supervision sit with Facility Service Group. What sits with you is one point of contact and a written scope.

That is the point of an assigned porter rather than a route. Absence coverage is written into the contract so a call-out does not become a missed day.
Who supplies consumables?
Either arrangement works and it should be decided before the contract, not after. Vendor-supplied consumables raise the monthly and remove a purchasing task; client-supplied keeps unit cost visible.
