Commercial painting
Paint is the cheapest thing on a capital plan that a prospective tenant actually notices. It is also the first line cut, which is why so many Class B buildings tour badly against comparable space at the same rent.
We deliver interior and exterior commercial painting — occupied-space repaints, common area refresh, exterior recoating, and branding work where the finish has to match a corporate standard.
In occupied buildings the scheduling matters more than the coating. Most of our interior work runs after hours or in phased sections so tenants are not walking through drop cloths on a Tuesday morning.
What is in scope
- Interior repaints in occupied space, phased or after hours
- Common area, corridor and stairwell refresh
- Exterior recoating and elastomeric systems
- Line striping and safety marking coordination
- Brand-standard color matching for national tenants
- Surface preparation, patching and substrate repair
When people call us
- Space is touring badly against comparable buildings
- A national tenant is enforcing a brand standard at renewal
- Exterior finish is chalking or the sealant has failed
- A suite needs to be turned between tenants on a short window
None of these describe your situation? Describe it in your own words instead. The quote form routes by property type and scope, not by which page you landed on.
Describe the buildingQuestions we actually get asked
Can you paint while the building stays occupied?
Yes. Occupied-space work is scheduled after hours or phased by section, with low-odor coatings where the space stays in use. The schedule is written into the scope, not decided on site.
How long does an exterior recoat last on the Gulf Coast?
It depends on substrate, exposure and the coating system, and any contractor giving you a single number without seeing the building is guessing. What we will do is inspect the existing finish and tell you what failed last time before quoting the next one.
