A licensed electrician working inside an open electrical panel with bundled cabling

Div 26 · Electrical

Commercial electrical

Electrical is the trade where the cheap call and the expensive call look identical from the property manager's desk. A tripping breaker is either a plugged-in space heater or a failing panel, and you find out which by having a licensed electrician open it.

We handle new construction wiring, service upgrades, retrofits, troubleshooting and emergency repair across commercial facilities, performed by licensed electricians.

Lighting retrofit work sits here too. It is the one electrical project with a payback period you can actually calculate before you approve it, which makes it the easiest capital request a facilities director writes all year.

What is in scope

  • Panel, feeder and service troubleshooting
  • New construction and tenant build-out wiring
  • Service upgrades and subpanel additions
  • LED lighting retrofits, interior and parking lot
  • Emergency and exit lighting testing and repair
  • Receptacle, circuit and device work at scale
  • Emergency electrical response

When people call us

  • A breaker keeps tripping and nobody has traced the circuit
  • A tenant build-out needs power before a certificate of occupancy
  • Parking lot lighting is out and your security incidents went up
  • Exit and emergency lighting has never been tested on a documented interval

Questions we actually get asked

Are your electricians licensed in Texas?

Commercial electrical work is performed by licensed electricians. License numbers and the responsible master electrician are provided with the contract, before work starts.

Do you do lighting retrofits?

Yes, interior and exterior. LED retrofit is scoped against your actual fixture count and run hours so the payback figure comes from your building rather than from a brochure.

Can you pull permits?

Yes. Permit requirements vary by jurisdiction across the Houston metro, and the scope states which authority has jurisdiction before the work is priced.

Tired of poorly maintained facilities?

That was the best line on the old website and it sat halfway down the homepage under a generic button. Tell us what building you are running and what is not getting done.
