Commercial landscape maintenance

Commercial landscape work fails in a specific way: it looks fine for two seasons and then the shrubs are overgrown, the trees have never been structurally pruned, and correcting it costs more than the maintenance ever did.

We provide full grounds maintenance for commercial and multifamily property — mowing, edging, bed maintenance, shrub and tree care, planting, pruning, seasonal color and hardscape upkeep.

Tree work is the line item that separates maintenance from mowing. Structural pruning while a tree is young is cheap; removing a failed limb over a parking row is not.

Questions we actually get asked

What does commercial landscape maintenance include?

A standard commercial scope covers mowing, edging, blowing, bed weed control, shrub pruning and debris removal on a set cycle, with fertilization, seasonal color, tree work and irrigation priced separately or added to the contract.

Do you service multifamily as well as commercial?

Yes. Multifamily runs a different cadence than an office park — more trash policing, more resident-visible detail, and turnover-driven work at unit level.
